Qingdao HaiZhiGuan Automotive Components Co. Ltd. was founded in 1994 and located in Qingdao, a beautiful scenery with mild climate seashore city. The company covers a land of 500,000 square meters and a construction area of 26,000 square meters .The total investment is more than 50 million Yuan. The company owns a professional team with strong techniques and rich experiences in developing, designing and manufacturing. At present, the employees are over 200, including 10 senior engineers and over 30 technicians.

Since established, the company has been introducing into the advanced equipments from home and abroad and making effort to develop the new products. At present, the company has developed and manufactured over 200 kinds of flywheel and 200 kinds of ring gear fitting for many types of automobile. The company has finished the completed production line of engine flywheel and ring gear from rough to finished products. The capacity production per year can reach 400,000 sets. The foundry workshop can produce 15,000 ton of all kinds of foundry components. There are many advanced production and inspection equipments, such as machined center, numerical control lathe, measurement instrument, quickly analysis instrument, pull experimentation instrument and so on.  Taking the advantages of the advanced technology, modern facilities and strict inspection, the quality of our products keeps ahead among the same industry in domestic.

80% of the flywheel assemblages and gearing wheels are exported to America and Europe, which leads the same industry in the terms of export variety and quantity in domestic. All of the flywheels and ring gears are sold to various large-size engine manufacture companies in China.

The company passed the TUV ISO9001 certification in 2001 and the ISO/TS16949 certification in 2006 by the France BVQI. In addition, the company was awarded  “Enterprise exempt from inspection” by Qingdao Business Executive Management Bureau in 2003 and 2004, and obtained title “Enterprise observing contract and creditability” in Qingdao. In 2005, the company was valued “Advanced technology industry” in Qingdao.
