To build a solid technical talent pool for its overseas base and guarantee the quality of auto‑parts castings such as brake drums and flywheels, Haizhiguan Cambodia plant has selected front‑line skilled workers including molding operators, pouring workers, CNC lathe operators and machining‑center operators for a 3‑month immersive technical training program at its Qingdao headquarters in China.

Combining theoretical lectures and hands‑on workshop practice, the training covers casting processes, CNC machining, quality control and IATF16949 system standards, enabling participants to master standardized production procedures. Trainees will return to Cambodia for on‑site work upon passing skill assessments, bringing advanced manufacturing techniques back to the overseas workshop.
