The factory of Haizhiguan Cambodia Accelerates Automated Capacity Release for Global Auto-parts Supply

The first automated machining production line at Haizhiguan’s Cambodia production base has achieved stable operation, marking a major leap forward in the overseas site’s processing and manufacturing capacity. Currently, the line produces one full container of brake drums daily for large-scale global supply.

As a vital pillar of the group’s global strategy, the Cambodia base specializes in core auto-castings such as brake drums and flywheel assemblies. Taking advantage of automated production, it mitigates international trade barriers and ensures cost-effective products with reliable lead-times. According to project plans, the second automated machining line will go online this December for continuous capacity expansion. By year-end, the plant is expected to ship two full containers per day, covering brake drums, flywheels and pressure plates, to fulfill high-volume orders from global OEMs and aftermarket markets.

Boasting over 30-years of casting expertise, Haizhiguan strictly follows the IATF16949 international quality system. Inheriting technical and management standards from its Qingdao headquarters, the Cambodia base enforces full-range quality control. Moving forward, Haizhiguan will advance intelligent upgrades via coordinated Qingdao-Cambodia dual-base operations to better serve worldwide customers.
